Executive - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)
- Identify prospect clients and build a sales pipeline for the Sales Managers via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.
- Qualify, allocate sales leads and initiate face-to-face appointments with a Sales team.
- Find unique ways to attract the attention of different verticle clients.
- Sync up with Sales Manager post meeting to determine meeting output and follow up appropriately to close the loop.
- Communicate on a daily, weekly and monthly basis via phone and emails in accordance with the strategic plan and goal as developed by the Sales Head.
- Log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports as requested by Sales Head.
- Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven sales track record.
- Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of BBA, computer science, information technology, mathematics or similar domains.
- Ability to comprehend the product line and to communicate the value proposition to prospects.
- Ability to strike a conversation with any senior executive or Business owners on a variety of topics and ability talk in the relevant accent, dialect or language as and when required.
- Incented to close smaller deals independently.
- Understanding the sales cycle, with the ability to close smaller deals.
- Adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team.
- Knowledge of using CRM would be an added advantage.
- Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Annual CTC: Upto 3.5 lacs
