Designation -Inside Sales Executive

Qualification:-Any Graduate /MBA Marketing

Experience :1+ Year

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

- The individual is responsible for research, prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads (Target Geography).

- This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound social media, lead database generation and handling,prospect lists, discovery and individual research

- Conduct secondary/primary research based on the tactical and strategic information needs of the client and provide the business solution.

- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.

- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

- Perform sales calls with key buying influencers to convert these prospects into clients.

- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

- Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow up and contact programs.

- Set up campaigns and build community through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

- Generate quality leads for our Training Business properties and optimize lead capturing funnel.

- Drive organic growth of the website and app

- Plan and execute corporate tie-ups or cross marketing.

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners and work with affiliate partners

- Sync up with the design team and manage mailers - promotion,awareness, offers, etc.

- Content strategy & Digital roadmaps
