Executive - Inside Sales (0-1 yrs)

Role And Responsibilities :

- We seek a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This individual will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing customer relationships, and drive sales growth through phone, email, and online channels. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

- Identify, qualify, and reach out to potential leads using various methods, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert them into loyal customers.

Account Management :

- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system.

Product Knowledge :

- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and potential applications.

- Educate potential clients about the advantages and use cases of our products/services.

Sales Targets & Reporting :

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports highlighting challenges, opportunities, and market trends.

Qualifications :

- Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day.

- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHOCRM) and MS Office.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
