Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

- Research and identify suitable influencers based on brand values, target demographics, and industry relevance.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective influencer campaigns.

- Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with influencers, outlining terms, deliverables, and compensation.

- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics.

- Ensure influencers comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and disclosure regulations.

- Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging influencers.

- Foster a positive relationship between the brand and its online community through influencer interactions.

- Optimize influencer marketing strategies based on performance data and insights.

- Recruit new affiliates to expand the affiliate marketing program. Build and maintain relationships with existing affiliates.
