Job Roles :
Customer will call you regarding the issues of the computer related to software issues like pop calls,error code messages,anti virus issues,issues of mac laptops, I pads and I phones like Activation lock, i phone disable, Itunes etc the candidates needs to troubleshoot issues and charge an amount to fix up the issues.
1. Candidates should have experience in international voice process and should have good communication skill in English
2. Should be flexible in 10hrs rotational and 6 working days
3. 1 rotational off
- Can join immediately
