Executive - Inbound Process - BPO (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for EXPERIENCED CALLERS for Tech Support, who can CLOSE CALLS.
Experience in Technical sales ONLY.
- Must Have Experience in Outbound /Inbound Tech Support /Sales for more than 8 months to 1 year
- Must know how to close calls.
- Must have good English Speaking skills.
- Must have Experienced in handling inbound calls of printers, routers, and antiviruses
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, iPhone, iPad
- Salary: Rs.15,000-26,000/month (fixed)+Huge Incentives (depends upon experience).
