We are hiring for a company who has its operations in the pharmaceutical industry.

The Job Key responsibilities areas :

- Will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customer inquiries

- Will be responsible to make the customer experience a pleasurable one right from the time the guest enters the site sales office

- Will also be responsible to receive incoming and make outgoing calls for project promotion and generating leads

- Make MIS reports at the end of each day and report those to the site head

- Ensuring that the site is functioning properly in all customer touch points

- Will look after Client orientation, meet and greet with all walk-ins.

- Site requirements and replenishment.

- Co-ordination with Admin and Marketing for improvising client experience.

- Will also be responsible for Sourcing and Closing sales transaction

- Will be responsible for co-ordination with projects team to gather complete information about the site to act as a product specialist.

Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :

- Superior customer experience service delivery

- CP Orientation and management

- Sourcing and Closing business

- Tele-calling

- Good communication skill

- Interpersonal skills

- Proficient in all MS Office applications

- Should be fluent in written and spoken English and have good soft skills

- Should be good with any lead management software (like SFDC)

- Should be well groomed and have an affinity to and good understanding of luxury

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service, Telesales or Customer Success role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
