Executive - Front Line Sales - BFSI (3-10 yrs)
- The role of a Frontline Sales individual is to drive business vide generating new prospects from within the BFSI sector and manage the end-to-end client relationships. The individual is expected to have exceptional communication/ coordination skills.
Responsibilities :
- Drive business development by sourcing leads
- Mine existing clients for additional business opportunities and drive aggressive sales efforts
- Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals and cultivate deep client relationships and partnerships that add value
- Getting involved in end-to-end engagement lifecycle that will help sharpen skills across business development, client relationship management and value proposition creation
Requirements :
- Any Graduation
- More than 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Strong communication & Coordination skills
- More than average proficiency of MS Excel and MS Word
- Awareness of sales enablement platforms like LinkedIn
- Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
