- Our client is an Indian telecommunications company, headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio offers 4G and 4G+ services all over India and 5G services in many cities. Its 6G service is in the works.

- They soft-launched on 27 December 2015 with a beta for partners and employees and became publicly available on 5 September 2016. It is the largest mobile network operator in India and the third largest mobile network operator in the world with over 42.62 crore (426.2 million) subscribers.

The Job :

- As Field Sales Executive, you will drive Customer Engagement and Experience. You will also Manage inbound and outbound customer calls on time.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Acquire and onboard customers in assigned territory

- Responsible for customer document & Order Collection

- Obtain building permissions

- Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers

- Identify customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible

Ideal Candidate :

- Familiarity with the local territory

- Familiarity in speaking the local language

- Customer handling skills

- Negotiation skills

- Articulation and Influencing skills

- Relationship Management

- Result orientation

- Digital savvy

- You have at least 6 months of experience ideally in Direct Sales

- Experience within would be a strong advantage.

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
