Executive - Field Sales - RO/Water Purifier (2-5 yrs)
Candidates will build business channels in the area designated to them. They will also drive and execute sales and marketing activities with their respective business channels and areas. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Candidates having experience in RO industry/Water Purifier is MANDATORY
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Identify and recruit Agency partners / Dealers / Distributors in the designated area
- Follow-up with existing agency partners / dealers / distributors in the designated area for increasing sales
- Organize marketing activities in their designated areas
- Co-ordinate with Sales operations and Collections
- Any other activities that they may need to execute.
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role from RO/Water Purifier background.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Sound knowledge of STP & WTP plant
- Should have two wheeler
