Ensure correct on-boarding of retail shops and kirana stores.

Location : Chennai, Chennai (150 Openings)
Shift Timings : 10:30 am - 7:30 pm (day shift) | for Male Candidates only
Weekly Working Days : 6 Days
Off Days : WED
Note : Week-off between Monday - Thursday
Salary & Compensation :
Salary Offered : 15,000 to - 19,500 (monthly)
Incentives : PF & ESIC Available
Reimbursements : Mobile Reimbursements
Available : 500 Mobile Reimbursement, Travel Reimbursements
Available : 2500 Other Reimbursements : Not Mentioned
Incentives Structure : 6000 to 7000 Monthly incentive

- Freshers as Sales / Business Development mandatory

Job Duties:
- Ensure correct on-boarding of retail shops and kirana stores.
- Train and support retail shops and kirana stores to use Ninjacart mobile app
- Manage customer relationship and solve customer queries
- Pitch about Ninjacart to retail shops and kirana stores and make them join the platform

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work across the assigned cluster
