Job Responsibilities :
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- To look after primary sales and increase the penetration in the market.
- To ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- To ensure extensive coverage by travelling in the allotted area.
- To personally visit the retailers and distributors & handle the distribution effectively.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Reporting to Manager/Sr Manager.
Job Requirements :
- 3-4 years of sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
