- Our client is a leading toy manufacturing company seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join their team.

The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Seeking out and engaging potential clients in Bangalore to promote and sell our toy products.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our toys.

- Providing accurate and timely information to clients regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.

- Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to effectively position our toys in the market.

- Collaborating with the internal sales team to provide feedback on customer needs and market demands.

- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients.

- Preparing and submitting regular sales reports, including activity tracking, sales performance, and market feedback.

Ideal Candidate

Skills required :

- You have proven experience in field sales, preferably in the toy industry or a related field.

- You have fluent in Kannada and good command of English for effective communication with clients.

- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

- You have a goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- You have to be self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively.

- You have knowledge of the Bangalore market and existing networks within the toy or related industries is a plus.

- You have the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and effectively promote our toys based on customer needs.

- You have proficient in using sales software and CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.
