Work experience :
- Around 2 years to 4 years of relevant work experience in Field Sales Executive
- TA/DA and incentives included.
- Candidates with previous field sales, Higher preference to home furnishing or mattress field. Should be confident and proactive
Job Profiles :
- Prepare and maintain dealer network
- Create new customers and Increase sales in the dealer network
- Collect and provide update on competitors activities such as new product introduction / scheme launch / Price changes / incentive / discounting structures etc.
- Identify opportunities for appointing dealers.
- Ensure that Dealers receive and understand all communications/policies, etc.
- Ensure timely end customer complaint redressed.
- Ensure that payments are received timely from customer
CTC : Rs 2.50 lpa to Rs 3.50 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualifications)
