Job Description : Field Sales Executive for Mobile Loan Application
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Job Type : Full Time
- We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Loan Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. As a Loan Sales Executive. You will be working on achieving monthly targets.
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers who require loans and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our loan products.
- Understand customer needs and financial situations to recommend suitable loan options.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers throughout the loan application and approval process.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Requirements :
- Fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil (proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus).
- Possess a means of transport (Bike) for local travel within Bangalore.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- 1 year or more of experience in loans processing and field sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
