Executive - Field Sales - Loan (0-2 yrs)
- We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our loan products to prospective clients within your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to meet sales targets, expand our customer base, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Actively prospect and acquire new customers by implementing effective sales strategies, including direct sales visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' financial needs and goals to recommend appropriate loan products and services.
- Present loan options, terms, and conditions to potential clients, ensuring they fully understand the benefits and obligations.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, assisting with documentation, verification, and submission as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless processing of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our loan products in the market.
