Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
- Has to Manage a Team of agents
- Responsible to train the Sales Manager.
- Understand his/her team and be able to solve their problems.
- Motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.
- Sales Manager will be recruiting agents and agents will generate business from markets.
- Conducting weekly performance reviews, and identifying action steps for improvement.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Agency partner meetings.
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
- Joint fieldwork along with Agency partners and advisors to the source insurance policy
- Drive business submission and issuances.
- Cold call to arrange meetings with conceivable customers to prospect for new business
- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
Applicants Requirements :
- 2 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in Any field
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills for the Products
- Ability to coach and Mentor your Financial Advisors team
- Attractive Personality and positive attributes
- Goal-Oriented and meet the sales goals
