Job description

- Manage team Will be responsible for Recruiting the Insurance sales consultants goal achievement through: Training and developing consultants on commission basis.

- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.

- Promote motivate agents for Career progression program to make them join the organization.

- cross selling them for different products

- Advise customers on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

- Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain the benefits and risks of the policy

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives

- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling

- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

- On-field work to reach the maximum customer

Desired Candidates Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field

- Impressive communication skills

- Extensive experience with various sales techniques

- Excellent negotiation skills
