Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for a skilled individual who contributes to business growth by identifying new business opportunities, selling to them, upholding relationships with current clients, and creating and upholding new client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To find business chances by assessing potential customers and their standing in the sector, as well as by investigating and analyzing sales choices.
- Promote products by getting in touch with potential customers, building rapport, and offering advice.
- Close deals through negotiation and address any issues or objections
- Achieving monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals.
- Actively engaging in sales team meetings.
- Compiles, evaluates and summarizes data to create reports.
Qualifications:
- Min 2 years of experience in Sales, marketing, and Insurance
- Excellent telemarketing and digital marketing skills
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the success of the company
- Problem-solving and essential thinking abilities
- Age between 24 - 40
