Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- We are seeking a dependable and competent individual to become an Field Sales Executive in our sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of agents, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand the agency's client base.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Keep the team informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements :
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
- Experience : Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Communication : Good Communication skills
- Age : 21 to 40
