Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a Field sales executive, plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document sales procedures, workflows, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze the entire sales cycle to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that the team has access to the necessary tools for success.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to improve team performance.
- Administer and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure data accuracy and train sales representatives on CRM usage.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Minimum 2 years Work experiences in Sales area.
- Must be a local candidate
- Age range: 22 to 38 years
