Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Agents recruit and train to manage the intermediately/channel partners for various corporate products.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- You Have to complete all tasks through that team
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach.
- Meeting the customers to request insurance products based on appointments in the method of daily activities
- Business Reporting, MIS on sales calls, Lead Utilization, and conversion are tracked, maintained, and reviewed on daily basis.
Required Experience Skills, and Qualifications :
- Age between 23 - 35 yrs
- Graduation/Post Graduation
- 1.5+ year of Sales experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Industries preferred.
