Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Field Sales Executive
Roles and responsibilities :
- Getting the sale using various customer sales methods.
- Developing out of the box sales strategies/models and e valuating their effectiveness.
- Building productive long-lasting customer relationships.
- Generate or follow through sales leads to meet personal tar gets.
- Attend meetings, sales e vents and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Report and provide feedback to the Field Sales Manager
- Collaborate with other Field Sales Executives and the Field Sales Manager to ensure effective coordination in the achievement of organizational goals.
Field Sales Executive Requirements :
- Proven experience in Health Insurance/Life Insurance/Gold Loans/Credit Card/Any Retail Sales (minimum 1 y ear)
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Languages : Kannada (must)
