Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (0-3 yrs)
Position: Field Sales Executive
Only Male Candidates.
Age limit: 35 years
Mandatory: Kannada language fluency and English up to the mark
Location: Bangalore
Start Date: Immediate
Role and Responsibilities:
- Making cold calls in the given territory
- Creating a pipeline of potential clients
- Making client presentation and handling the complete sales cycle.
- Upselling/ cross selling to the existing customers.
Required Experience, Qualification and Skills :
- Fresher or experienced (1 - 3 years of relevant work experience)
- Pursuing degree, graduate or postgraduate
- Personable, attentive, self-motivated, and driven by targets.
- Good communication skills - including both verbal and written.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Customer centric approach to go extra mile to keep up the user experience
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills in English and Kannada
Other Requirements :
Candidate without bike also will be considered.
06 days- work week.
CTC Details:
Freshers - maximum up to 3 LPA
Experienced - Basis last drawn CTC
