Executive - Field Sales - Gold Loan (1-3 yrs)

Education: 12+( Must have Experience in BFSI or NBFC sector)

Roles & Responsibility:
1. 50% Leads will be provided by the company itself & 50% will be generated by the employee.
2. Experience of sourcing Gold Loan from Open Market and managing a team of Gold Loan executives.
3. Canvassing and sourcing of New Customers to increase Gold loan Business
4. Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
5. Achieving consolidated monthly target.
6. Responsible for Gold Loan Growth.
