- Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
- Meet and Pitch Rupeek's offerings to potential customers
- Build trust by handling customer objections
- Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
- Build long term relationship with Gold Loan customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Co-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
