Salary Budget: 3.60 Lakh PA + Target based Incentive.
- Experience in the Modern trade market ( listing of products) across Delhi NCR is a must.
- Should have a bike and driving license.
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Field Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. She/he should have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate the products
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and marketing service to all retailers and distributors in his specific assigned region.
- Plan, direct and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the Company.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
