Executive - Field Sales - FinTech Solution (1-2 yrs)
- Job Overview :
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team at PhonePay. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth for our mobile payment platform. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect potential merchants, businesses, and partners for onboarding onto the PhonePay platform.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Qualifications :
- 10th or 12th pass above.
Experience :
- 6 months- 1 year of experience in field sales.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative: Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Salary:
25k CTC.
21K Take home + 2000 petrol allowance.
