We are hiring for a company leading financial services company that offers full-stack payments & financial solutions to consumers, offline merchants and online platforms.

The Job

Key responsibilities areas :

- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. Onboard new merchants in the geography allocated.

- Must use her/his acumen and understanding of Indian retail ecosystem and network to come up with holistic solutions for the accounts allotted.

- Develop deep understanding and hold over each account that any competitor finds it an uphill task to even enter the account.

- Going to the Merchant and educating him/her about the benefits of the Swipe machine (EDC), QR code vertical, converting them and managing their accounts.

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies :

- Must be a go getter and individual contributor.

- Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network. Should have good exposure in cold calling, pre sales and lead generation. Should possess good communication and negotiation skills to handle the key accounts.

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
