Executive - Field Sales - Education Loan (0-2 yrs)
Field Executive - Student Loans for leading NBFC (Deals on sales of secured & unsecured loan for an education sector) for Chennai & Coimbatore locations with 0- 2 years in Sales in Financial Services / Student Loans / Education Loan products.
Job Description :
- To visit the customers houses
- To get their due payments done (emi's of individual products)
- To give daily feedback to Team Leader
- Regular followup with customers
- DRA certified job-seekers will be given more preference
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Scheduling number of meeting with the clients and helping them understand the verification process
- Visiting the actual property site of the existing and registered customers across localities
- Making field visits to verify owner/brokers property
- Capturing internal property images, videos, floor plans and additional property information
- Confirming the property details provided by customer and suggest changes (by taking consent of seller, if required)
- Ensure daily/monthly verification target is met.
