Job Role : Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :

1. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while actively seeking out new sales opportunities within your designated territory. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products/services, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

2. Customer Acquisition : Identify and prospect potential customers within your assigned territory. Develop and maintain a solid customer base by regularly contacting and visiting clients.

3. Product Knowledge : Gain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and advantages to potential customers.

4. Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, addressing the specific needs and concerns of potential clients.

5. Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty.

Market Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

6. Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, demonstrating a relentless commitment to meeting and exceeding goals.

7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts. Provide regular reports to the sales manager.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful order fulfillment.

9. Travel : Frequent travel within the assigned territory will be required. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in field sales

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
