Executive - Field Sales - Demat Account (0-2 yrs)
As a Demat Account Executive, your main responsibility will be to assist in the efficient and accurate opening of demat accounts for customers.
Job location :
1. Remote (Work From Home)
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance : Provide support to clients in understanding the demat account opening process, answering their queries, and guiding them through the KYC process
2. Data Entry and Record Keeping : Accurately enter client details and account opening information into the system, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records
3. Issue Resolution : Address customer concerns or issues related to the demat account opening process promptly and professionally
4. Reporting : Assist in generating reports and maintaining relevant data related to demat account opening for management review
Requirements :
1. Education: 12th Pass or equivalent diploma
2. Communication Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
3. Customer Service : Basic customer service skills to provide satisfactory assistance to clients and address their queries
4. Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Salary :
Salary starting at Rs.15,000- per month, with the potential to earn up to Rs.30,000 or more through commissions depending on factors : knowledge, experience & performance
