Role Description :

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks, including identifying new leads, contacting prospective clients, and closing deals. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, reporting sales metrics and trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

- The ideal candidate should possess the capability to initiate product launches, cultivate an extensive network of distributors, and oversee marketing endeavors.

- Additionally, they should be adept at managing these elements, including conducting market visits and expanding the retailer base.

- Furthermore, the candidate should demonstrate proficiency in proactively identifying business opportunities by assessing prospective partners and evaluating their standing within the industry. This entails a commitment to thorough research and an in-depth analysis of potential sales avenues.

- In the realm of sales, the candidate should excel at product promotion by establishing and nurturing connections with prospects. This involves recommending tailored solutions and consistently preparing comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.

- Lastly, the candidate should focus on the development of existing customer relationships while concurrently pursuing opportunities to secure new customers, aligning their services with customer needs effectively.

Qualifications :

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze sales metrics and identify areas for improvement

- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
