Executive - Field Sales/Channel Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for selling life insurance policies through a network of agents, building and maintaining relationships with clients and agents, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Recruit and train a team of agents to sell life insurance policies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.

- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to stay up-to-date with the competition.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Candidate Basic Requirements :

- 22 to 37 years old.

- 2 years minimum in sales and marketing

CTC: Up to 3.45 LPA + Incentives + Benefits

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel as required.
