Executive - Field Sales - Business Loan (0-2 yrs)

Job Description

. Identify sales opportunities for the Business Loans products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships

- Leads will be provided fromthe company and go through self sourcing/references

- Ability to use all communication platforms effectively like telephone, email, and face to face.

- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

- Develop relationships with Builders, Realtor's, CA, DSA, Connectors and corporate to leverage business.

- Explain to customers the business loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.

- Ability to drive - sales targets- of Business loan products etc.

- Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.

- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.

Key Skills:

. Freshers are welcome

- Candidates should have completed 12Th Standard (PUC)

- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.

- Be motivated and results driven.

- Excellent lead generation and conversion skill

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
