Executive - Field Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
- We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment of financial advisors through personal networks, together with mentoring and training
- Assessment of team members- performance; and, when necessary, visits to the designated site.
- Educating the consumer about the company's services
- Fulfilling business expectations, and maintaining positive client relationships
- Promote & motivate agents for Career progression program to make them
- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
Profiles of Ideal Candidates :
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in any field in sales
- Proficient communication abilities'.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
