Executive - Field Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- To assist us in expanding our company, we are looking for a competent and experienced Field Sales Executive. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between our marketing and sales departments.
Responsibilities :
- New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.
- Ensuring that everyone on staff manages their time well.
- Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
- Examining current market and industry trends and applying what is learned to business - improvement
Qualification : Minimum two years of experience in sales and marketing in the BFSI
