Executive - Field Sales - BFS (2-12 yrs)
- To lead, challenge and be challenged in a marketing strategy or business development. Creating a process-oriented ecosystem. Analyze and improve marketing, sales & operational performance. Develop products, markets and relationships.
- Building a team of financial consultants
- Control the team and their business
- Achieving the monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Tracking the performance of sales

Competencies & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2 years Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
