Job Description :
- Daily visit to customers based on leads allocated [in case of Tele-Appointment / Renewal] or cold-knocking [in case of Door-to-Door] -
- Conducting appliance health check up and demo of appliances -
- Sale of appliances & annual maintenance contracts to consumers -
- Resolving customer queries and handling first level escalations, if any
- To incite customers for exchange of their old -appliance
- Salary Cycle - From 16th - 15th of every month & the salary is disbursed on the 1st of every month.
Incentives Cycle - Calculated From 1st - 31st of every month & it is paid on the 25th of every month
