Executive - Field Sales - Appliances (0-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- Daily visit to customers based on leads allocated [in case of Tele-Appointment / Renewal] or cold-knocking [in case of Door-to-Door]
- Conducting appliance health check up and demo of appliances
- Sale of appliances & annual maintenance contracts to consumers
- Resolving customer queries and handling first level escalations, if any
- To incite customers for exchange of their old appliance
