Job Title : Field Sales Executive - Agency Channel

Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Agency Channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products to customers through our network of agents, as well as recruiting and training new agents to expand our distribution network.

Responsibilities :

- Achieve sales targets and objectives in allocated territory through efficient sales strategy, execution, and management.

- Identify and develop new business possibilities through prospecting, lead creation, and sales presentations to agents.

- Maintain and cultivate relationships with current agents and clients to secure long-term business partnerships and repeat business.

- Train, inspire, and manage a team of agents to ensure their performance meets or exceeds goals.

- Provide great customer service and assistance to agents and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

- To find chances for expansion and product development, keep an eye on market trends, rival activity, and customer wants.

- On a regular basis, prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market information to the management team.

- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of field sales or BFSI experience.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Capability to manage and motivate a team of agents.

- Knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, and client wants.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and self-sufficient.

Salary : 25000/- To 30000/- as per month
