Executive - Field Sales (1-2 yrs)

Job Description :

- Responsible for generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and target market segments.

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads by consistently prospecting and qualifying new opportunities.

- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the product or service.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the offering.

- Actively engage with prospects to overcome objections, address concerns, and negotiate terms to secure new business.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to the sales process.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Provide feedback and insights from the field to contribute to product and service enhancements.

Requirements :

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a field of sales

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers and build rapport.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to lead generation and sales.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
