Our client provides technology-enabled Revenue Cycle Management solutions to US healthcare providers.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Developing sales pipeline, qualifying sales opportunities, and improving existing accounts- growth, while achieving sales targets within the regional level.

- Managing and providing market updates, business forecasts, and team performance.

- Adhering to compliance requirements related to sales, business development, and marketing.

- Managing a diverse multidiscipline sales team while contributing to annual planning exercises and strategy.

- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders across the region, providing a consultative client approach, negotiating, and acting as clients' advocate.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

- You have 7+ years of experience in sales in Call Centers, Back Office Support, and Outsourcing Services.

- You have solid experience in strategy and business development within health care, health care IT/software solutions, medical billing, recovery, payment posting, or related experience.

- You have experience in leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high growth companies, within a national level is a plus.

- You are able to communicate effectively and demonstrate a successful track record of engaging at all levels in an organization from a functional level up to C-level executives.

- You are willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

- You are a go-getter and result-driven individual.

- You are willing to work based in the US time zone.
