Role Name : Executive - Enterprise Business

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement sales strategies to onboard new clients and achieve sales targets as per the approved plan

- Introduce innovative measures to target Enterprise customers in tech-parks and industrial parks for approach and conversion.

- Proactively churn from competition in Tech Parks and in standalone buildings

- Bundle ACT solutions to increase wallet share

- Use innovative pricing models - work with Tech, IT, Legal and Finance to deliver

- Use new channels to prospect, convert and login

- Maintain good rapport with the key accounts and work for references through them

- Responsible for managing end to end activities of all the accounts

- Interact with SPOCs of key accounts to gauge their satisfaction levels, proactively resolve their problems by providing customized solutions

- Work with product management team to provide offerings as per the market requirements and to assess future trends/ needs.

- Periodically review the performance of the team members on service delivery and create a plan to improve the performance of bottom 10%.
