Requirements :

1. Proven experience in a customer service or similar role, preferably in an email/chat support environment.

2. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

5. Proficiency in using email and chat platforms, as well as basic computer applications.

6. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

7. A positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
