Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site off-role for a Sales Executive with CavinKare.
-Will be available to work with retailers and build sales relationships with channel.
-The day-to-day tasks associated with this role include regular market visit, outlet visits as per norms, meeting daily productivity targets, creating product visibility in outlets, new products launch as per requirements.
-Weekoff : 1 day
-Timming : 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m
-Salary : 3 LPA + TA / DA
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree, Sales,Marketing, or equivalent work-related experience
-Successful track record of sales experience
-Exceptional communication and channel sell skills
-The successful candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a self-starter
-Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in team settings
-Should possess sound knowledge of sales principles, tactics, and strategies
-Must have smartphone and 2 wheeler
-Experience working in the personal care / beverage industry is a plus
Additional Points of Role Description :
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective retailers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of retailers problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory / market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on sales of particular areas.
