Executive - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-9 yrs)

- Increase distribution's effectiveness by locating potential leaders
- Support and oversee the BAs in advisor recruitment and training.
- Keep track of advisor career advancements and build a pool of Premier Advisors
- Maintaining communication with advisors and their leaders will help to ensure their retention.
- Maintain the desired product mix as the corporation periodically specifies to drive profitable business.
- Promote New Business Premium growth (NBP)
- Ensure the collection of both the modal FYP and the renewal premiums to ensure high standards of business.
- Coach, If there are any reporting managers, they should be trained, supported, and have their performance regularly monitored and reviewed.
- Verify that all internal procedures and other compliance standards as established by the company or the regulator are being followed.
- Engage in risky behavior
Your responsibility also includes interacting with individuals and families to:
- Understand their protection and investment needs
- Identify and recommend solutions that fits their requirements the best
- Offer the prospect or existing customer the complete range of products
- Help complete the procedure necessary for processing the purchase of the policy
- Keep in touch with customers to ensure that their policy service requests are managed properly
