We are looking for candidate from sales & marketing background . We are hiring for team leader's position.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, Train and motivate your team mates Work as a leader for your team
- Monitoring team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Ensuring flow of knowledge skill and training from company to TM and Executives levels.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with existing retailers.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to improve your product's sales
- They assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs
Required skill :
- Good Accuracy and attention to details.

Desired Candidate Profile :
- 2 years of field sales experience + 2 years in BFSI field
- Staying in the same city for more than 4 years
- Good stability.
- Graduated in any field
