Digital Marketing Executive


Job Profile :

- We are currently on the lookout for a Digital Marketing executive to work together with our Marketing, Content, Business Development and Product Management teams to help propel our product forward. To succeed in this role you should have exposure to growth or performance marketing, you should have an analytical mindset, as well as being able to think creatively to solve problems.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.

- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.

- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.

- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.

- Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on paid tactics.

- Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together with the aim of reducing acquisition costs.

- Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyse performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity.

- Community management: designing social media campaigns, creating social media content, Hashtags, stories, reels etc., growing followers organically, (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram...)

- Social Media promotions

- Managing the company's official website. End to end automation (click funnels, email automation, webinar jam etc).

- Building Sales Funnels

- Lead generation Ads.

- Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing.

Requirements and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- Proven Performance Marketing experience and automation experience

- A customer focused mindset and great analytical skills.

- Creativity, motivation and a structured approach.

- Effective communication skills.
