JD:
1. Digital Strategy Development :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
2. Social Media Management :
- Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and engage with the audience to build brand awareness.
3. Content Creation and Management :
- Develop and curate compelling content for various digital channels, including blogs, website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and aligned with brand guidelines.
4. Email Marketing :
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize email content and increase open and click-through rates.
5. Paid Advertising :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Manage budget allocation, bid strategy, and targeting to maximize ROI.
